The Service
  1. From initial consultation, after identifying requirements and developing a specification, we will compile a design brief. 
  2. At this point a Design Sketch Scheme will be produced and with further discussion and analysis, a Working Drawing can be produced.
  3. We will liaise with and submit all required documents and drawings to the Local Authority Planning Department.
  4. We will take responsibility for the Local Authority Building Control stage and liaise with inspectors to ensure a smooth application.
